Found it somewhere on Pinterest and it linked to this Tumblr post. The original creator is Zoe Burnett.
Modifications:
Insane amounts of digital chaos needed to be done for this .gif to come out as it is now. Browsing though eons of background removal sites that either did not do anything, turned it into a .png, did not accept .gif format (even though they claimed to) or removed parts that it should not have - because of the AI choosing to remove the white inside the scrollbars. Eventually I recolored the background using ezgif.com's manual censoring tool, that can fill selected rectangles in color of your choosing, and then selected that particular color to turn into transparency.
